Deposits are non-refundable except in the event of weather cancellations. Weather cancellations are at the discretion of the captain. If it's going to rain a little, we will still go out. If there are high winds or lightning, it will no longer be safe to take the trip and we will not risk your safety. In the event of a weather cancellation, you will have the option of getting a refund on your deposit or rescheduling the trip for a different day.

No. There are no guarantees in nature. We cannot guarantee the weather or the appetite of the fish, but we do guarantee our best effort. However, if you trust your captain and follow his instructions, you'll have much better luck bringing in the catch.
